Seed Corn Return Policy

Seed corn returns are accepted subject to the following conditions:

- Minimum Return: Returns must exceed 12 bags (units). Returns of 12 units or fewer will not be accepted.

- Restocking Fee: All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, calculated from the original purchase price of the returned seed.

- Seed Condition: Returned seed must be unopened, undamaged, properly stored, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

- Return Approval: All returns must receive prior approval from the seller before being shipped or delivered.

- Return Credit: Approved returns will receive credit for 80% of the original purchase price, less any applicable freight or handling charges.

- Non-Returnable Seed: Custom-treated, specially packaged, damaged, opened, or otherwise non-resalable seed is not eligible for return.

-The seller reserves the right to inspect all returned seed and determine whether it qualifies for credit under this policy.

Seed Corn Replant Policy

HighPoint Hybrids is committed to helping customers when circumstances require a corn crop to be replanted. Replant seed is available subject to the following conditions:

- Replant Price: Approved replant seed will be charged at 50% of the original purchase price.

- Prior Approval Required: All replant requests must be approved by a HighPoint Hybrids representative before replant seed is provided.

- Product Availability: Replant seed is subject to available inventory. HighPoint Hybrids cannot guarantee availability of the originally purchased hybrid, seed size, treatment, or packaging.

- Substitution: If the originally purchased hybrid or seed size is unavailable, HighPoint Hybrids may provide an appropriate substitute hybrid of up to 5 days greater relative maturity (+5 RM), based on available inventory and suitability for the replant situation.

- Quantity: Replant quantities must reasonably correspond to the acres requiring replanting and may not exceed the amount of seed originally purchased for those acres.

- Eligibility: The replant program applies only to seed originally purchased from HighPoint Hybrids or an authorized HighPoint Hybrids dealer and is subject to verification of the original purchase and replant need.

-All replant seed and substitutions are subject to inventory availability and approval by HighPoint Hybrids.

Order Cancellation Policy

-Paid seed orders may be canceled on or before April 1 without penalty and will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.

-Beginning April 2, cancellations and reductions in order quantity will be treated as seed returns and will be subject to the HighPoint Hybrids Seed Corn Return Policy, including applicable minimum return quantities and restocking fees.

-Refunds and credits will be issued to the original purchaser following approval and processing by HighPoint Hybrids.
